Eat that, Big Apple. Sorry, Chicago. Dallas is No. 1.

Our fair city just took first place in USA Today’s Best International Skyline readers’ choice poll, coming out ahead of No. 2 Chicago for ultimate bragging rights.

If we’re being totally honest here, we’re a teensy bit surprised. Not that our skyline isn’t awesome; it’s definitely one of the coolest. But have you seen Shanghai’s skyline? Or Kuala Lumpur’s? I mean, daaaang. Dallas should be very proud indeed. (As long as we’re boasting, it’s a good time to mention that we also won USA Today’s Best Quirky Landmark poll, with Big Tex taking top honors. We know how to win a big poll, that’s for sure.)
