From Dallas Business Journal – Candace Carlisle
After a decade of planning, the developers holding one of Uptown Dallas’ most attractive development sites — a 3-acre parcel between Pearl and Olive streets adjacent to Klyde Warren Park — have unveiled big plans for a high-profile, mixed-use development.
Dallas-based development firm Trammell Crow Co. and joint venture partner MetLife Inc. have unveiled plans for a new development called Park District, which will total 916,000 square feet of office, residential, retail and park plaza.
The new project will include a Class A office tower, a luxury residential tower, ground-floor retail and extensive below-grade parking, as well as a plaza designed by The Office of James Burnett.
