Developer Harwood International broke ground Tuesday morning on its latest Uptown project, a seven-story building for luxury watchmaker Rolex.
The 136,857-square-foot tower is being built at Harry Hines Boulevard and Moody Street, just blocks from the Crescent.
“We built the first office building in Uptown [for Rolex], and after 30 years, Rolex and Harwood International are partnering once again to build another addition in our district,” Harwood CEO Gabriel Barbier-Mueller said in a statement. “This development will set a new standard for work life in the U.S.
“We intend on creating an office that will feature a unique blend of innovative architecture and gardens that Dallas has never seen before.”
