My focus is assisting Users of commercial real estate (Tenants, Buyers) and Investors. Cliff utilizes his Experience, Market Knowledge and Analysis skills to assist clients through complex transactions and as a result save them time, money, and the untold cost of making the wrong commercial real estate decision.
A member of the CCIM Faculty, Cliff teaches Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate (CI 101), User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate (CI 103) and several Ward Institute courses.
