Looks like the vacant land along the Tollway in West Plano and Frisco is filling up fast.  This new development is directly north of the Cowboys mixed use development and the adjoining Frisco Station mixed-use project.  These developments are across the Tollway from the huge Wade Park mixed-use project and all of these are just north of the West Legacy Town Center, Toyota Campus, FedEx Kinkos, and the 400+ acre Grandscape / Nebraska Furniture development.

All of this is getting hard to keep up with, however, one thing you need to do is take a mental snapshot of what the area looks like now, because three years and a couple billion dollars from now you won’t recognize the place.  Click on the link below to read the whole Dallas Morning News article about this newest of the announced developments.
